I thought I'd share an update on my personal experience with avoiding Weston-family stores. In short, it's been great. I'd started staying away from Zehr's (the local brand here in Waterloo Region) well before the May boycott. I'm fortunate in that I live a short walk from an independent specialty grocery store called Vincenzo's, It's known for its premier products, but carries more accessibly-prices products as well.
