I'm playing Nancy Drew with the sprinkler system and honestly loving it. By volume it's the only thing that could account for the stated water use. I've been given access to the system and it's *reported* use accounts for 3/5 of the water bill, if I did the math right. If I didn't then it's reporting around a third, which is... really not good. But there don't seem to be any active leaks on the property.
