They didn't ask me. I think Joe is putting himself out there for us and democracy, and we should back him up for the sake of our democracy. Anyway, he is competently backed up by VP Harris and the knowledgeable staff he's assembled. He's the coach, not the QB. He has to have the wisdom of a coach (he does), not the agility of the QB.
