Oracle's new #Java licensing scheme is causing mass chaos at work. It really doesn't help that there's an "Oracle JDK" and also an "Oracle OpenJDK" and these are two different things, one of which costs your company 383957 billion dollars to use
anyway a lot of people in Slack saying "I NEED JAVA FOR WORK DON'T REMOVE IT" because it's totally unclear that it's about a specific distribution and not Java As A Whole
