The father-in-law, age 84, comes to our house for my younger daughter's 15th birthday dinner today. He's proudly wearing a mask and still feeling a little ill from a flu shot he had two days ago. He will go for his 7th fucking covid shot in two more days.
My wife has given up even trying to talk to him. The Japanese culture, especially the older ones, are the best sheep population there is.
