Chamran was very close to Qotbzadeh. He had a bad view of Qotbzadeh and always kept in mind his bad behavior. Therefore, he never attended private gatherings with him, even criticizing Qotbzadeh occasionally, saying he was not a righteous person. As a result, I can conclude that Chamran was not a bought agent, but a believer in what he believed in and used this approach to achieve his goals, and he believed that using American authorities was the way to achieve this goal.
