Was feeling very stressed and I took a walk to pick up a sandwich at a place a half mile away and felt much better. Was it the prosepect of a delicious lunch? Was it the brisk walk in the cool autmn air? Or was it the fact that when I went to pick up my sandwich, the soothing sound of "Rock You Like a Hurricane" was playing in the restaurant?
