David Todd McCarty on Nostr: I feel like you have to be very judicious with the boost function on Mastodon. ...
I feel like you have to be very judicious with the boost function on Mastodon. Sparingly is best. If someone gets boost crazy, I think many of us will disable their ability to do so. I value original content over shared. But when it’s something I think, “I wish I’d written that,” then I readily boost. If I simply like something, I’ll hit the like button. I don’t feel the need to inflict my interests on everyone. No one asked for that.
