they will obvs try everything they can to move as much as possible but there is not nearly enough liquidity on the defi world to move 1.5 billy worth. it will be a game of wack-a-mole by these defi exchanges, centralized exchangez, and anyone on the other side of the trade will prob get stuck with the ofac sanction coin.
