There actually is a birth control system in place but it only works on White people. Having a child is a huge, lifelong responsibility. You should only do it if you are damn certain you can hold it together. Its impossible to know for certain, but people of good character consider this. This is also why choosing a wife is the most important decision a man makes. You are ultimately choosing the partner you trust with everything, and this partner knows she can legally destroy everything. That is the true power they have, destruction. So if a man is not able to keep his arrangements together, you better believe he gets punished, severely, to no end. That's the birth control system.
