Yeah AI image detectors range in quality from decent to shit. And someone putting in the effort to make a high quality fake could have done post-processing in Photoshop to remove any artifacts, and tested it against a few of those AI or not tools. Eg. do inpainting on the area with the baby and then tweak it until it passed.
