More people should be talking about what a good album Recent Songs, arguably the last true folk album Leonard Cohen did, is. Sure, it isn't quite Songs of Love and Hate, but every song on it is tastefully produced when production is where much of early work suffers a bit, mellow delight even if a bit more subtle than some of his past work.

I'm struggling to keep my eyes open, but I do not want to go to sleep until I've listened to it in full tonight.
