Trying to come up with a RW schizo theory as to why lawn care soothes the White man's soul. Here's all I got so far:
Wiccan hoes claim that undisturbed wooded areas are conducive to "Fae folk" (i.e., demons), so the act of taming my lawn must keep the demons from getting a foothold around my house.
