My opinion (in the current context of dropping keysend) is that it does not solve anything and would cause more problems and incompatibilities.
The LNURL/Lightning Address community does not support it and it would just limit again the usable wallets. It would be the exact same thing that we have with lnurlp just a different name for which I do not see any reason.
