I'm seeing tons of folks saying that they *can't* delete their Meta accounts for reasons x, y, or z. But guess what? There is only a single reason and it's called the network effect.

If you make your living via one of those platforms, I totally get it. But if you're just keeping your Meta account open for convenience because "that's how I stay in touch" I don't consider that a valid reason. If one person leaves, that does nothing. If many leave, that's a called a start.
