i was cautiously optimistic but then i read they got Github money and i was like.... eeeek! the founding assholes of Github are notorious misogynists. it's why i have an account with them in which i have never posted code. when i saw how they, personally, treated women, i was like, hellnah. but kept the account because as a developer, you have to have one. so whatevs, but yeah. i wish i could find the article about one of the OG women at Github. i think she sued and won too.
