I don't understand why other "decentralized" twitter like are using a whitelist ?

First that doesn't seems really decentralized anymore.
Second why ? Except frustrating user that would like to escape twitter debacle.

For me that seems unfair and counter productive of the value these project seems to promote....

What do you think #plebchain ?
