So, Trupanion tried some shady fraud stuff with our pet insurance and I have receipts. I’m absolutely livid. I wish I had media contacts because this is GROSS.
I was quoted one price, and put it all in my cart and checked out at that agreed upon price - but got an email with a price 30% higher. I have screenshots. They refused to help or budge on it.
This sort of stuff seriously needs to be investigated. The ‘insurance’ industry is such a joke.
