There have been a few academic studies showing around 30% productivity improvement, and Amazon posted a few months ago that AI use helped them accelerate a major code conversion task from years to weeks. It seems like a major pivot point is the experience of the developers - it doesn't necessarily improve performance of top-tier programmers, but makes bottom-tier programmers more average.
