I'm in the midst of the worst crash I've had in well over a year, worse than when I tried hormone replacement with estrogen. I'm starting to suspect luteolin is not a good mast cell stabilizer for me either. It seems to cause a significant increase in resting heart rate, nausea and disturbingly strong negative emotions for me.
I wish I knew how to counteract the damage it seems to have done. I hope rest will eventually help again.
