i did a chat

the rep tried to get me to agree to no refund even though i only had it for one month, really fucking sneaky wording

i said no i had only used it for one month why won't i get a refund for the 11 months?

he eventually gave me a full refund for the full year membership omfg

i sure hope all of this cancelling is having an impact!!!!!

i wish more people would leave twitter
