I want to use highlighter on my phone and my desktop. And when I say "on my phone" I mean I want to highlight any website I'm currently reading in a mobile browser and have the highlights hit my relay.
I want ubiquitous web comments for myself.
Can I do this today? If not, when and how can we make that happen?
