My job still runs Ubuntu 18.04 and CentOS 7 on servers and I have begged them over and over again to allot us time to upgrade those machines and even offered to do the work myself.
But they just don't care enough to make the time. One day the universe will make them regret these decisions, I just hope on that day it won't be my problem if you catch my drift ;)
