The problem with answering that question is it that question naturally and necessarily implies there is a belief and then a "really" belief. Which naturally and necessarily implies there is a "really really" belief, then a "really really REALLY" belief, and so on, forever.
Remember that the center of believe is LIE. Don't believe anything, really or not. Just ACT, then make up a reason after. The brain is not for the rational, but for rationalization.
