There's a bunch of thoughts I have swirling around my head related to Conway's Law, Slack channels, npub13gsffj5ku57hmy6hjc5rx45mkgwkg8fzferr58pzkm96n3kwxayqq7v528 (npub13gs…v528)'s comments about attentional load (https://mstdn.io/@grimalkina@mastodon.social/112682479409539024) and psychological safety that I haven't quite settled into a coherent story for yet.
In a nutshell, I'm sure these things are related and my team are saying they're being overwhelmed by too many information sources and can't keep up, but I think there's more to it.
