I'm applying for unemployment and i have to verify my identify with login.gov. i have just used my phone to get a code that led to a link that allowed me to take a pic of my state ID...all of which was accepted.

now i have to "verify my phone number" and it is not accepting the same phone number that i literally just used to submit an accepted photo ID.

make it make sense.
