Short answer - no.
The only TLDs which have ever disappeared have been:
➡️ "internal" gTLD like .xperia
➡️ a couple of countries which no longer exist
➡️ some free ones (like .ml, .tk) which were severely mismanaged
➡️ some minor gTLDs are all but abandoned (.feedback)
There is the risk that a registrar might find your content objectionable (Libya removed some adult-ish domains from .my several years ago).
Or, .EU suddenly became unavailable to UK citizens post Brexit.
