I did the yoga class last night. The pain had largely let up but my whole body felt tight and uncomfy.

The class was brilliant, truly. The instructor's energy is perfect for me, very welcoming and fun and just a lil cheeky.

There's another class in an hour, I think I'm gonna do it :)
