Well as long as you are productive & also profitable then keep going. I'm not saying every small business out there are not productive or pulling in good money.
I'm saying some business owners are productive but are just scraping by everyday barely being profitable eventually they get burnt out and realize the truth. Even if you work hard you will never be able to hire employees, expand and have a couple of million dollars in the banks when they hit retirement because that's the point of running a business. So you can retire with a couple million in the bank and pass your successful business to your children.
If someone business is won't allow them to retire then what's the point? you are just a slave to your business.
At least when you work for someone you are not as much as a slave.
